Optimizer's email marketing software Maxmail, gets a brand new feature designed to help email marketers understand how well their target audience engages with their campaigns.
With the advent of the social web, email marketing and social media engagement have become more integrated than ever before. However, social engagement in emails is more than just a Facebook link or a twitter icon. How do you know that your customers are engaging with you on those social platforms? Furthermore, how many of us, just don’t bother with emails that lay buried in our inbox after a certain time. Adding videos inside emails is a new trend. But do we have any visibility into whether or not anyone bothered to watch the video and if not, why?
