Announcement posted by Optimizer HQ 23 Dec 2011

Optimizer (3OP.F) has begun to consolidate several of their products, and discontinued a few others, in preparation for their 2012 growth strategy.
Excited about 2012, and in preparation for an emphatic start of the new year, Optimizer HQ are steering their energy and resources to focus on consolidating their product range for maximum impact and shareholder returns.

Manas Kumar, CEO, says, “Our online form building software, FormShuttle, has already been integrated into Maxmail where it has a much more effective, and diverse, application than it did on its own. We also have two more products that are being consolidated.”

“Live Clicks, our heatmap based website analytics program for improving website conversions is going to be integrated into a more diverse product with additional capabilities. Filo HQ, our online file sharing, backup and synching tool is also being integrated into another product due for launch in the second quarter of 2012. While both these products were very good on their own, they will be significantly more powerful when we are finished integrating them into our new products.”

Octavarium, The VoIP solution for small to medium businesses, which was built in 2008, will be discontinued. Kumar says, “While Octavarium is a premium product providing end to end VoIP and SIP based telephony solutions, it’s no longer part of our product strategy moving forward. So, we’ve decided to discontinue it and concentrate on new efforts and initiatives.”

Kumar continues, “Consolidating and discontinuing allows us to really turn the heat up and bring several products to the market that are revolutionary and significant game changers. As part of our pathway forward, there will be times when we will need to consolidate, integrate and discontinue. It’s the evolution of a progressive company like Optimizer HQ.”

Customer transition from these consolidated and discontinued products have already begun., The official “last day of service” is 31 January, 2012 - after which they will no longer be supported by Optmizer HQ.
