Ziga Rugs has marked the grand opening of its first showroom in Waterloo NSW by launching an exclusive rug collection designed in collaboration with Thomas Waterman Design.
The collection features hand-woven Tibetan rugs from Nepal made from the finest wool, silk and natural plant fibres including hemp, nettle and cactus.
“This bespoke collection is a fusion of traditional manufacturing methods with contemporary designs and brings together the best of both worlds in visual design and exceptional quality.We provide elegant piecesto complement modern interiors that can be personalised to suit the project in size, colour and fibre,” says Tseten Tsatultsang, founder and proprietor of Ziga Rugs.
“Each of our rugs undergo a lengthy construction process and involve detailed inspection at every stage to ensure that our rugs meet very high standards,” adds the Sydney resident.
Ziga Rugs is Australia’s first company to specialize exclusively in Tibetan Rugs from Nepal.
