Winner of MBA Best Renovation under $1 million
Mark MacInnisis a local Melbourne architect and his Kew renovation was recently the MBA winner of the best renovation under $1million. The owners wanted to keep the best of the period, high ceilings, wide walkways and add a contemporary feel with materials, light and space.
Working with the clients, Mark identified the key elements to make the renovation successful including what spaces they needed. He then cleverly designed a home that is high on wow factor. This beautiful home has great entertaining areas and also quiet retreats. The aim was to blend of the period features seamlessly with the new. With great use of space, light and selected fittings it is no surprise that this home took out the MBA award this year for best renovation under $1 million.
