Belaroma tops customer service rankings for second consecutive year

For the second consecutive year, Belaroma has topped the rankings in the annual Caf Pulse Research survey, an industry initiative to better understand caf owners and managers.

“Once again Belaroma has set the benchmark in terms of delivering just what its cafe owners want from a premium brand, and has again shown itself to be one of the standout coffee suppliers in real terms from our second annual Cafe Pulse research,”said David Parnham, Pulse Research.

- *Extremely satisfied or very satisfied in regards to representative’s delivers on commitments and acts with integrity;

*Belaroma customers are loyal to the brand due to its quality at adequate pricing; and

The Pulse Research surveys business owners or managers across all states of Australia and has shown that Australian coffee consumption has increased from 0.5kg/year/person in 1940 to 2.4kg/year/person in 2010 – an average of 170 standard coffees per person per year.

Belaroma continues to improve its product and service offering with the recent upgrade of the factory in Manly Vale including insulation of the coffee storage facilities, a cupping and sample roasting area and a tasting room. Belaroma continues to train and develop its staff with fully qualified coffee experts – including those who have undergone the Q Grader certification course.

Another great example of Belaroma’s pursuit for excellence is its recently upgraded training facility and new barista courses. The training room has been completely redesigned and is now equipped with Unic Rumbas and La Marzocca FB70’s to provide its customers with the best environment in which to hone their skills.
