3-year plan sees new jobs created and the introduction of category specialists to support the company’s aggressive growth targets
Monday 7 April 2012. Sydney: Cloud and managed services provider to the mid-market, Brennan IT, today unveiled a new management structure to underpin the company’s aggressive 3 year growth strategy aimed at cementing its position as the leading IT services provider to the mid market (50-1000 seats).
Job creation is high on the agenda, with Brennan IT looking to fill 50 new roles across the business in a move to strengthen sales and client service, as well as secure best in class technical personnel to drive innovation and support the development and delivery of the next range of IT, cloud and telecommunication solutions to the mid market.
The restructure will see the company adopt a national approach to sales and account services as well as introduce category specialisation, which managing director Dave Stevens says will enable the business to better align to the needs of its customers and support the delivery of expert technical advice.
“The next three years is all about growth, and building upon our current strong position in the delivery of cloud and managed services. To do that we need a more flexible business structure and importantly, we need to recruit a large number of highly skilled consultants,” said Stevens.
Stevens believes that with the growth of cloud and managed services resulting in many IT managers adopting more of a business and strategy focused function, rather than technical consultant, there is a big opportunity for those looking to test their skills, to join a company like Brennan IT.
“We are problem solvers; building the solutions and managing the deployment of these at the client side, so any frustrated solutions architects, or engineers out there, we would love to hear from you if you are looking for a new challenge,” he said.
Brennan IT recently closed its fourth consecutive quarter of record sales growth with the first half of FY 2012 its best ever result at 43% up on the first half of FY 2011. This has been fuelled by strong demand in cloud services, managed IT support and managed wide area networking. The next three years will see the company focus on maintaining high double digit growth as part of the strategy to be the de-facto standard for IT support to the Australian mid-market.
“We are still absolutely committed to our core value proposition of focusing on the needs of the mid market and delivering a complete range of IT, cloud and telco solutions, thereby providing our customers with a holistic solution to address the needs of their business
“Our investment over the next three years in talent, the launch of new solutions, and extending our partner relationships, will be critical to achieving our growth targets, and building upon our position in the market.”
