Good Luck & Farewell London Bound Morning Tea

On Saturday 7 July 2012, 10am-12pm, the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre will host a Good Luck & Farewell Morning Tea for the South Australian athletes that have qualified for the London Games. The athletes honoured will include those that train at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre on a daily basis plus the rest of the South Australian contingent of the Australian Team heading to London.

The morning will be hosted by Rachael Sporn, 3-time Olympian in Women’s Basketball, to farewell the following athletes:

- Hayden Stoeckel – Duel Olympian and Olympic, Commonwealth Games and World Championship medallist

- Matthew Cowdrey – Duel Paralympian, Paralympic Gold medallist, World Champion and Paralympic Squad member

- Blake Gaudry – Olympian and World Cup Bronze Medallist

- Peter Bishop – Australian Team Coach and High Performance Coach

- Esther Overton – Paralympic Squad Member

- Jay Dohnt – Paralympic Squad Member
