retail specialists: Phil Morgan (ex- Woolworths Limited), Angelene Harris (ex-Canon
and Harvey Norman) and Kieran Gallagher (ex-Sony and graysonline.com).

Phil Morgan:

Phil Morgan, brings a unique range of detailed ecommerce experience in Australia - with 10 years of experience across
such diverse aspects as Website design and development, Digital and Email Marketing, Social Media strategy and
development, Fulfilment and Logistics strategy, Search Engine Optimisation, Payment gateways and fraud assessment
and Project Management, there is not an aspect of ecommerce Phil has not covered in extensive detail.
With seven years of retail experience in online with Woolworths Limited, he has driven strategy and provided internal
consultancy to such brands as Woolworths Supermarkets, Masters Home Improvement, Dick Smith, Woolworths Door
Buster Deals and many more, always acting as the go-to person when consulting on new software and developments in
the world of ecommerce.
His focus on cost reduction lead to the first adoption of open-source website platforms for both content and transactional
sites in Woolworths, delivering state of the art results and saving significant project costs.
Angelene Harris:

Angelene brings a diverse wealth of retail experience having worked in Distribution /Telecommunications (Brightpoint
,Vodafone), Retail (Harvey Norman, Dick Smith), Agency (TMS) and more recently Canon Australia, where she
managed and drove one of Canon’s biggest retail customers - Harvey Norman.
During her time spent at Harvey Norman in Product & Marketing, Angelene was able to break down existing barriers
between Vendor & Customer and build an innovative & thriving business providing significant market share & revenue
gains for both companies as well as stimulating a selective shopper experience.
Kieran Gallagher:
Agency & Marketing Director
Kieran has a track record of doubling market share through application of a broad range of experience gleaned across
two decades spent in market-leading retail focussed businesses.
His product and brand marketing experience has been honed at Sony Australia and his familiarity with supply and retail
dynamics, sharpened at The Nuance Group (Downtown Duty Free), has been invaluable in developing his consumercentric
philosophy.
Leading the retail strategy behind the evolution of graysonline.com…a transformation from a one dimensional auction
website to a functional, transactional platform, rolling out CE, IT assortments and primarily focussing on driving grays to
a 750,000 case a year wine business, his retail pedigree speaks for itself.
His segmentation based, retail simplification and promotional strategies have been applied across pharmaceutical,
liquor and consumer electronic assortments.
