The Marketscope evaluates PPM vendors with on premise and/or cloud-hosted deployments of their PPM applications, who are rising to meet the challenges of portfolio, program or project office leaders program/project managers and resource managers who are struggling with program and project selection and execution, matching & balancing of supply with demand, monitoring and reporting project status and expenditures, improving project execution efficiency, proactively addressing project emergencies and addressing change to existing and planned projects caused by shifts in business direction.
