Australian mobility field force automation provider seeks partners in key geographies and industries
Retriever Communications, a global provider of mobile field force automation, is seeking new partners in Australia and New Zealand to expand its geographical reach and vertical breadth in key industries.

Headquartered in Sydney, and with offices in the US and Europe, Retriever’s product portfolio includes field service management tools, dispatch and schedule services, mobile time sheets and field asset management products. Through new channel partnerships, Retriever is seeking to expand its market reach with particular emphasis on Western Australia, North Queensland and South Australia. Additionally, Retriever is looking for partners in New Zealand.

Retriever is also looking for software integrators, developers and value added resellers with complementary expertise and clients in a number of key industry verticals such as mining & resources, healthcare, as well as state and local government.

The company’s Partner Program provides full cross training in mobile application deployment and Retriever’s project methodology, leveraging Retriever’s enviable track record of zero failed deployments in wireless field automation. Retriever’s channel model encompasses market demand generation, tool kits and provision of pilot infrastructure and testing to its partners.

For Convergence tEAM, the partnership with Retriever extends their company’s mobile computing expertise and reflects their focus on innovation:

“We are committed to helping our customers improve asset management operations and gain a sustainable competitive edge. By applying Retriever’s mobility suite to the issues in asset centric industries, like Oil and Gas, we are able to empower our customers to streamline their operations, lower operating costs and improve asset performance,” stated Stuart McDonald, Managing Director of Convergence tEAM Pte Ltd, Australia’s leading EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) specialist consultancy.

“As we’re reaching an infliction point in field force mobility, we’re actively looking for channel partners with mobile development expertise and those seeking to add mobility offerings to their capabilities,” said Mary Brittain-White, founder and CEO of Retriever Communications. “With our mobile field solutions, partners can take a compelling product offering to market that satisfies the most stringent demands for superior functionality, integration, customer service and multi-platform device support. Alternatively, value added resellers can use our applications development environment to develop their own, industry specific field automation solutions.”

Released earlier this year, Retriever’s RADE3 (Retriever Application Development Environment) allows businesses to create and deploy device-agnostic native applications to iOS, Android and Windows Mobile. Retriever also recently launched an iPad version of FormBuilder that lets users design electronic forms and deploy them into the system. FormBuilder is a core component of Retriever Sniffing, a mobile field form solution that streamlines the data collection processes for any field activity including quality audits, safety inspections and asset condition inspections.

Retriever recently announced the launch of its North American partner programs, underlining the company’s commitment to growth through channel.
