SSA Global announces New President, Asia Pacific and Japan

Confirms APJ is one of fastest growing operations for company
SSA Global, a leading provider of extended enterprise solutions and services, has announced the appointment of Oscar Garcia-Velasco to succeed Martin Ambrose as regional president of SSA Global Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) - one of the fastest growing operations for SSA Global.
Mr Garcia-Velasco was previously based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as the President of Latin America. He joined SSA Global in 1997 as manager of the administrative and financial sectors of SSA Argentina. Prior to SSA Global, he worked for IBM Argentina.
In his new position as president of APJ, Mr Garcia-Velasco will lead the growth of all aspects of revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction in the APJ region.
