Michael Helder appointed as EMC's general manager of operations and productivity for Australia and New Zealand

EMC Corporation, the world leader in information storage management, today announced the appointment of Michael Helder to the newly created position of General Manager of Operations and Productivity for Australia and New Zealand. Michael joins EMC from Fuji Xerox, where he worked in various roles including sales management.
In this role, Michaels key responsibilities include sales productivity, telesales and telemarketing, and business operations and efficiency.
Steve Redman, Managing Director EMC ANZ, said the role would operate in the same way as a COO -- to drive efficiencies and deliver even better customer service.
In his time at Fuji Xerox, Michael held key senior management positions and was involved in the development of Fuji Xerox's CRM, ERP and other management reporting tools designed to help streamline processes and add value at all levels of the business. I am confident that in this critical, new strategic position he will make significant contributions to increasing efficiencies and productivity throughout the organisation, said Steve.
