Social Media is consistently getting a bad wrap, and it’s time to balance the scales. Cyber-bullying, privacy issues and just plain wasting time are concerns with social media for many parents and teachers. As a leading social media company, we know social media can be used for good and not evil.  As such, and in the lead up to youth community event we are supporting in late November, we’re on a mission to find the Sunshine Coast’s future social leaders.

You may be using social media to:

·       Fundraise for a cause you’re passionate about

·       Showcase your creative work (photos, music, arts and more) – or to promote a friends creative work

·       Create and/or sell products thus showing an entrepreneurial flair

·       Bring an important issue you believe in to the fore

·       Bring a community of like-minded individuals together

·       Or something else – surprise us!

Nominate yourself or a friend before Wednesday 31 October, 5pm by going to www.facebook.com/connect4expo and clicking on the ‘Enter Comp’ tab.
