The Eagle Boys Group (Eagle boys) is the second largest Pizza franchise in Australia. They have over 350 stores nationally and employ approximately 8,000 team members. Eagle Boys have also started to open stores internationally as a part of their global expansion strategy.

Readify was engaged by Eagle Boys to investigate functional, performance and stability problems with their recently developed e-Commerce solution, which was supposed to give customers the ability to order a pizza online and have it delivered or scheduled for pick-up.

Unfortunately, after an unsuccessful engagement with another vendor, Eagle Boys were left with a poorly developed solution, which was having a major negative impact on their franchise business.

Solution
Readify assessed the situation and devised was a project rescue approach that was broken down into a two part strategy.

First, Readify stabilised the existing e-Commerce solution to minimise the impact on the business.

Secondly, Readify deployed a high performance development team to develop a new e-Commerce solution.

In just 10 weeks, Readify delivered a stable, functioning e-Commerce solution using the latest Microsoft .NET technologies.
