Change your life, to save someone else's!

Australian Fitness Academy, leaders in fitness education in Australia, announces the launch of 'Change your life, to save someone else's!' - a charity event to help reduce the incidence of suicide in Australia.

If you would like to achieve your health and fitness goals in time for the summer holidays this is the perfect challenge for you! Not only are you improving your own health and fitness you are also supporting a great cause and helping to raise funds for Suicide Prevention Australia.


As a team member taking part in the 12-week challenge you will be provided with an electronic booklet that covers everything you need - goal setting, healthy lifestyle and nutrition tips, food and exercise diaries as well as assessment checklists for your Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor to take you through.


12-week challenge start date: 1st October 2012
12-week challenge end date: 24th December 2012
