Sydney — October 1, 2012 — Today Sheds4Less announced the latest winner in their quarterly free garden shed promotion.
Alex Cochran founder of Sheds4Less today announced;
“We are extremely happy to reveal that Andrew James has won his garden shed for free in the July – September quarter “Get Your Shed For Free” promotion.” He went on to say, “At Sheds4Less we really value feedback from our customers. They give us great insights into how we can make buying and building a garden shed easier for our new customers. At the same time we acknowledge that time is a precious commodity these days, that’s why we have put together the “Get Your Shed For Free program, it’s a small token of our appreciation”
Cochran outlined that every Sheds4Less customer has the opportunity to get the garden shed that they purchased from Sheds4Less for free. All they need to do is to send some photos or feedback to Sheds4Less about their recent garden shed purchase.

Andrew put together a comprehensive report on his shed building project, it included detailed tips and tricks that he learnt along the way plus a heap of pictures. He concluded the report with detailed recommendations on how we could make buying and building a garden shed even easier. If I was a first time garden shed builder I would certainly download and read his report before I started” Cochran went on to say.

What About Complaints or Negative Feedback?
When asked what happens if the feedback is negative Cochran said; “We welcome all feedback, it doesn’t matter if it is positive or negative, we publish it all in the customer review section of our website. I don’t know a company that gets everything right every time.” he said.
“In fact some of our most strident raving fans have come via situations where something has not quite gone right. It’s not how you treat your customers before the sale; it’s all about treating your customer well and solving any problems after the sale as well” he added.
