Readify today announced the finalisation of its acquisition of the Senetas Corporation Limited (ASX:SEN) Business Intelligence (BI) practice. The move comes as Senetas decides to focus on its security and encryption technology, which paved the way for Readify to acquire its Melbourne, BI consultancy.

Readify sees this as an exciting acquisition, thereby integrating high quality BI expertise, experience and skills into their Solution Development business. Readify continues to increase its software solutions capability and provide a broader platform on which to develop award winning solutions to their ever growing client list.

This acquisition complements Readify’s existing Solution Development Service delivered by Readify's expert SharePoint Consultants. Readify sees BI as a natural extension of what they do today and enables a stronger focus on information delivery which is at the core of most BI projects.
