Rapid growth results in three new appointments for Indigo Pacific

Announcement posted by Indigo Pacific 22 Jul 2005

Following rapid growth in recent months, Indigo Pacific, leading provider of forms and workflow solutions, has announced three new additions to its New South Wales team.
Indigo Pacific has appointed Mark Peterson as Senior Account Manager in the NSW sales team and has expanded its professional services team to include Anthony Jereley and Evonne Chin focusing on the areas of J2EE and Web Content Management.
Indigo Pacific CEO, Hugh Millikin, attributes the companys recent expansion in part to many of its major customers in the financial and government sectors moving to the Adobe Intelligent Document Platform (IDP) which includes bar-coded forms and policy and security server products.
Workflow solutions, including IDP are a huge growth area for Indigo Pacific. Our customers are continuing to invest more in solutions to dramatically automate business processes in line with corporate governance initiatives. As a tier one supplier of Adobe solutions, we need to ensure we continue to grow our team to meet this increasing demand, said Mr Millikin.
Built on the J2EE architecture, IDP enables documents to be created and shared in a portable and secure environment. Content-rich digital documents can be produced which allow the creator to embed business logic and manage digital rights in the document. Users can also pre-define business rules which will capture information from filled out forms and move it to the appropriate people and applications automatically.
Commenting on the new appointments, Hugh Millikin said, Mark, Evonne and Anthony possess extensive experience and capabilities in their respective roles, this identified them as the best people to help drive Indigo Pacific to further successes in our key growth areas of forms, workflow and web content management.
Mark Petersens appointment as Senior Account Manager follows four years as a Client Relationship Executive at Novell. His role at Indigo Pacific will span business development and sales across the NSW region.
Mark brings over 24 years experience in the IT&T services industry including accomplishments in service delivery, business development, marketing, sales and business consulting. His previous roles include management positions at OXIS, IBM and Telecom (Telstra).
Commenting on his appointment, Mark Petersen said, I look forward to exercising my operational management skills in this successful and growing company. I will be working closely with customers to increase efficiencies in core business applications and to continue our already high standard of customer service.
In his role at Indigo Pacific, Anthony Jereley will develop customer solutions based on Adobe products and J2EE. He will also be responsible for supporting clients and the sales team in relation to J2EE technologies and applications.
Previously, Anthony was the Senior Java Developer at Attain IT for two years where he was responsible for delivering custom application solutions based around Oracle and Java/J2EE platforms. Anthony has over five years experience with JAVA including roles at Sysao Australia, Euro RSCG and Cortex eBusiness.
Evonne Chin has been appointed to the Web Content Management division of the professional services team primarily working on RedDot (Hummingbird) implementations. Evonnes appointment follows six years in a similar role at Thomson Lawpoint.
Indigo Pacific offers customers a fully comprehensive service which includes designing, implementing and maintaining a tailored document management solution to suit their needs. Hugh Milliken said, We will continue to maintain these high standard by expanding our team with individuals who bring the most up-to-date and relevant technical knowledge for our evolving offering.
