UXC Consulting launches a re-focused Communications Practice

UXC Consulting has launched a new look Communications Practice with a refreshed set of offerings, more aligned to current industry directions and leveraging the delivery strength of other UXC divisions
In a sign of commitment to the market’s appetite for experienced IT and telecommunications consultants, UXC Consulting has appointed Kit Wignall as the Practice Lead for the newly formed Communications Practice.

“I am excited to lead the new Communications Practice,” said Wignall.  “After spending over 20 years building our telecommunications capability, originally via GQ-AAS and then UXC, this new Practice expands and deepens our portfolio of services further.”

“UXC Consulting has listened to our customers and responded with an innovative Practice that is focused on providing advisory and delivery services across contact centres, unified communications and communications engineering.  Specific expertise includes the design of LAN/WAN networks and communications networks such as radio communications systems, optic fibre systems and safety/security systems.  Enhanced services also extend to specialist communications solutions for the public safety, utilities and resource sectors,” explained Wignall.

“We now have the ability to provide end-to-end communications solutions that integrate seamlessly with our Strategy and Architecture and Business Transformation services,” said Hans Schiphof, Advisory Director of UXC Consulting.  “This announcement affirms our strength and commitment to providing industry leading advice in markets and technologies that our customers are telling us they need,” said Schiphof.
