First Home Buyers Invade Pearsall; Land Sell Out Imminent

In recent weeks, first home buyers have virtually overrun Stage 1 at Sunset Landing Estate, forcing rapid implementation of Stage 2.
4Land Property Group’s popular Sunset Landing Estate has just become even more popular. Stage 1 of Sunset Landing Estate, which consists of 28 lots, now has only one available lot. According to 4Land Property Group’s records, all buyers at the Estate consisted of 95% first home buyers. Due to the rising demand from first home buyers, 4Land Property Group has released Stage 2 at Sunset Landing.

Stage 2 of Sunset Landing Estates has 14 lots. The prices range from $233,000 to $279,000. Lot sizes range from 302 sq m to 458 sq m. All Stage 2 lots include fencing, and offer buyers a wide range of innovative small lot home designs from which to choose from.

Sunset Landing Estates offers low cost, budget style lots without any special incentives to raise the prices, ensuring that buyers can get the most out of their money when they buy a home in Sunset Landing Estates.”
