Announcement posted by ChannelAdvisor 29 Jan 2013
The half-day Insite conference provides local retailers with an opportunity to engage with the top players in the Australian e-commerce market. Insite attendees will hear from online retail experts about the latest trends and solutions available to enable success across a multitude of online channels.
“Insite Melbourne will be a beneficial networking and educational event for local retailers,” said Mark Gray, managing director, APAC, ChannelAdvisor. “With significant changes taking place in e-commerce in 2013, such as the up-coming launch of Google Shopping in Australia, the conference will be a chance for online retailers to learn how to maximise the tools available to build a successful online presence.”
The last Insite event, held at the Sydney Opera House, welcomed speakers from eBay, Amazon and the top shopping engines in Australia - GetPrice.com.au, ShopBot.com.au and Shopping.com.
Scheduled for release in early February, this year’s Melbourne speakers list will again feature e-commerce industry leaders. These experts will offer their thoughts on current and upcoming trends, exchange information on online retailing best practices, offer insights about new products and other innovations, and provide training on ChannelAdvisor products and services.
“In just a few hours, we shared best practices with other online retailers, discussed the latest e-commerce trends and heard directly from key industry players,” said Neville Samuels from RetailSplash.com.au [about last year’s event]. “Insite is incredibly beneficial.”
The conference will conclude with a networking event that will allow retailers to connect and speak with their peers and conference presenters.
