Hisense K160 Series Ensures Great Picture Quality HDTV’s While Boasting Affordability

MELBOURNE, Australia – March 28, 2013 – Hisense Australia, a leader in consumer electronics and innovation, today announced the availability of the Hisense K160 Series LED Television, available in 32”, 39”, 40”, 50” and 55” models. Boasting a super slim bezel of 15mm, the K160 series will bring beauty and practicality to a new level without breaking the bank.

Featuring stunning edge-lit LED Backlight Technology, the K160 underscores higher color quality, contrast, clarity and color temperature for use in any lighting condition in the home, office or commercial environment.. Additionally, the entry-level K160 series highly efficient LCD module technology provides accurate control of backlighting energy, effectively using the needed energy to provide the best picture quality.

The 55” model features 100Hz Vivid Motion technology while the other sizes come in at 50Hz. The stylish 39”, 40”, 50” and 55” models utilise Full HD technology bringing the best picture quality from blu-ray discs and HD channels. With the help from the Hisense Hiview Engine, vibrant colors with true-to-life tones and high-definition, come to life.

The Hisense USB Media Player allows users to not only enjoy photos or music, but also watch HD movie files directly on their TV. Recording from EPG and also Standby mode are two exciting features available on the K160, allowing users to record their favorite programs right to a USB drive. With a Mobile High-Definition Link (MHL), connecting a smartphone, tablet or other MHL enabled devices has never been easier.

The K160 is available at JB H-Fi, The Good Guys, and BSR from April 2013 onwards.
