James Te Huna and Mark Hunt get Opportunity to Make Title Claim at UFC 160

Announcement posted by Oz MMA Central 28 Mar 2013

Australian MMA fighters, James Te Huna and Mark Hunt have been given the opportunity to make their title claims at UFC 160.

Australian UFC fans will be in for a treat with the upcoming UFC 160 in Las Vegas. Both Aussie MMA fighters, James Te Huna and Mark Hunt, will be making their claims for a title shot.

Both fighters were called in as replacements after Ryan Bader and Alistair Overeem pulled out after suffering injuries. Te Huna will now be squaring off against Brazilian fighter Glover Teixeira while Hunt will be facing Junior dos Santos in the co main event.

Te Huna and Hunt are each coming off four-fight win streaks and its now not so unimaginable that the UFC Heavyweight and Lightweight titles could both be held by Australians.

What will be interesting to see, is if James Te Huna walks out with another theme and dance to match.
