Buyers to get early opportunity to secure slice of paradise at Brighton Dunes

Announcement posted by Leverage PR 09 Apr 2013

After months of growing interest from retirees across Australia, buyers will this week have the opportunity to secure the perfect slice of retirement paradise at Brighton on Adelaide’s picturesque metropolitan coastline.

Minda CEO, Cathy Miller, said invitation-only information events would be held at 11am, 2pm and 5pm on Tuesday, 9 April to let interested buyers meet with developers and sales experts at the newly-constructed information centre on the corner of The Esplanade and Repton Road at Brighton.

“This will be an opportunity for people to have a sneak peek and hear more about the multi-level apartments, amenities on offer such as the gym, pool and secure basement parking,” Ms Miller said.

“Brighton Dunes offers outstanding views of the Adelaide Hills on one side and beachfront access on the other, convenient access to public transport, as well as major shopping precincts and award-winning restaurants all a short distance away,” she said.

“A great deal of effort has gone into making sure this development provides what people need to age in place, and we have conducted focus groups with future residents to understand their specific needs for apartment living and what facilities they would like.”

Ms Miller said construction of 48 apartments over three levels was due to begin in coming months, and consist of a mix of two bedroom, two plus study, and three bedroom apartments with views and easy access to the beach.

“It has been important to ensure that the design of Brighton Dunes blends sympathetically with the natural environment and makes the most of the natural beauty of this unique beachfront location, and buyers will see that this has been achieved,” Ms Miller said.

“This is the first step for Minda in creating the biggest development of its type in Australia, fund future stages of our Master Plan and create a place that can be enjoyed by the entire community.”
