Sanitarium starts their day with ReadSoft

Sanitarium Health and Wellbeing Company have selected ReadSoft’s global leading SAP solution to provide automated invoice-processing for their Accounts Payable (AP) department. The agreement was reached in the 3rd quarter of 2012.

Sanitarium went live with their AP automation project in December 2012, just three months after signing their agreement with ReadSoft. The company selected ReadSoft's SME Best Practice solution to standardise their AP process. The 35 day out-of-the-box solution, has been hailed as "one of the best and smoothest projects we have ever done" by Sanitarium’s IT Business Solutions Manager, David Williamson.

Sanitarium chose to standardise their process by adopting ReadSoft's invoice automation solution to streamline their AP process seamlessly within SAP. An automated system would reduce or eliminate manual data entry, reducing the risk of errors and saving valuable time. Improving invoice visibility will enable Sanitarium to improve their cash management and forecasting.

Sanitarium recognised ReadSoft’s unparalleled track record of hundreds of implementations within SAP environments and saw benefit with ReadSoft's enterprise capture for other document types. With ReadSoft's SAP solution PROCESS DIRECTOR implemented, Sanitarium is now able to easily automate other Procure to Pay processes to create additional value and savings.
