Partners with IBM and Intermec for complete RFID solution
SSA Global, a leading supplier of extended enterprise solutions and services, has partnered with IBM and Intermec to deliver a comprehensive RFID solution - consisting of hardware, software, middleware and deployment services.
The solution will be showcased at seminars throughout the Asia Pacific region in April (see below for local details.)
SSA Globals RFID solution helps manufacturers, distributors and retailers achieve business-to-business communication compliance and capture value throughout the supply chain. It is a component of SSA Globals comprehensive supply chain management portfolio. Customers are currently using SSA Global RFID solution to more efficiently manage and track the movement of materials and to comply with generally accepted industry standards for RFID-related data and technology requirements.
SSA RFID is deployable on the IBM eServer iSeries platform. IBM Websphere middleware affords seamless integration to Intermecs scanning, printing and labeling equipment.
