SMSGlobal Announces Launch of New Web Messaging Platform

MXT, a new web messaging platform, has been launched alongside a major rebrand for global tech giant, SMSGlobal (www.smsglobal.com).  Built from the ground up using the latest in mobile messaging technology, MXT is designed to be the easiest and fastest way to send an SMS or MMS campaign to any mobile, anywhere in the world. New features and tools have been designed to make any mobile messaging campaign become a reality.

The new platform was entirely designed and developed in SMSGlobal’s Melbourne HQ by a team of in-house designers and developers.  Each feature was developed in response to feedback from SMSGlobal’s 250,000+ customer database.  “Our customers come from diverse industries, ranging from local pizza shops to multinational banks, meaning that the platform had to cater to the needs of each of these customer types” said SMSGlobal CEO Carl Krumins. “We’ve ensured that we created a platform that appeals to all businesses, big and small, with no compromise to security or performance”.

MXT also delivers comprehensive campaign reporting, providing up to the minute insights into campaigns that have never been available before. New features such as keywords triggers allow customers to be more flexible with their campaigns and will maximise the effectiveness of campaigns and customer engagement.

The new platform has also been designed to be multi lingual to meet SMSGlobal’s aggressive global expansion plans.  Since opening an office in Dubai, UAE in 2010, SMSGlobal now have their eyes set on the Americas and plan to market the new platform in these regions in late 2013.

MXT is free to access and is officially available at www.smsglobal.com. Current SMSGlobal customers will need to migrate their existing SMSGlobal accounts to access the new platform.
