After recently launching OfficeBox’s Beta trial, Cloud DC took advantage of a visit to the Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast by The Hon MP Ian Walker, Minister for Science, Information Technology, Innovation and the Arts to demonstrate to a crowd of interested technologists.

 

Steve Robinson, CEO and Gavin Keeley, CTO of Cloud DC spent the morning demonstrating and explaining the benefits of OfficeBox to the wide ranging audience including the Minister and Mayor of Sunshine Coast, Mark Jamieson, followed by an Investor Pitch to a captured audience organised by the Innovation Centre.


Cloud DC’s “Office Box” provides you with all the tools needed to deliver your entire Office IT environment anywhere, anytime and on any device.

 

“This is showcasing OfficeBox at the Beta trial stage. We have put together a development team working to launch the full commercial OfficeBox by the 1st November 2013. From there we build out a full roadmap of additional services to OfficeBox including voice functionality, enabling calls to be made anywhere in the world as if you were on your own desk extension.” Steve Robinson CEO of Cloud DC said.


With the “Office Box” App Store you can tailor your IT environment right down to the individual employee. The App Store allows you to ‘pick and choose’ different software apps for different staff and bundles it all into one ‘cost per seat’ per month.

 

Cloud DC has a network of resellers already committed to the full commercial launch of OfficeBox and is in continuing discussions with a couple of major telecommunications companies as well as a number of other interested distributors for Australia. Cloud DC has global aspirations and is currently courting series “A” funders to make that happen.
