FITT, supported by platinum partner VMware are launching a Series of events entitled ‘The Future Ways of Working’.  The event series, held in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane during September offer FITT members and guests (both male and female) the opportunity to hear from distinguished experts on how technology is changing how we work, live, and collaborate with each other.
Our panellists will discuss:

  • Strategies to initiate change from the top and how companies can better understand the ROI of flexible working arrangements.
  • Success stories and ideas for creating a productive mix of flexible and office based collaboration.
  • Advice for advocating for yourself when negotiating flexibility at work.
  • Security concerns and technologies that can address those concerns and facilitate teleworking.

FITT has also written a paper to support this topic with input from key partners and many of the major players in the IT industry.
