Ernst Lieb Joins Motorworld Australia Dealer Group

MELBOURNE, VIC - Motorworld Australia (MwAus) is excited to announce Ernst Lieb as a co-owner, together with David Piva, of the MwAus Dealer Group.

With over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry spanning across Europe, North America and Australia, Lieb started his career as a parts specialist in wholesale before moving his way up to various CEO positions in Canada, Australia and The United States of America.

Lieb became known for his work on the standardisation of dealer networks as well as his emphasis on customer experience across the organisations he was in charge of.

He placed special emphasis on the cultural aspects of the wholesale and retail organisations he managed, building high performing teams and creating workplace culture which was consistently voted among the best to work for nation-wide.

"After working all my life in the wholesale sector, I am now in the 'real' business of the Automotive Industry - the retail business!" says Lieb.

Lieb's focus for the company in the next 12 months will be "the opening of the new Chadstone Chrysler Jeep Dodge Fiat Alfa dealership in April, further development of current dealerships and expansion of the MwAus dealer group in general."
