Darwin based small business software provider ServiceM8 has been selected as a finalist in the prestigious Australian Mobile Awards. The Mobie's as they are affectionately known, celebrate creativity and innovation in the mobile industry.
This is a fantastic acknowledgement of the Territory’s growing capacity to create innovative technology. Especially since ServiceM8 is up against multinational companies like Zendesk and Xero.
ServiceM8 CEO Kim Ford said “We believe small business requires assistance and recognition, so it is wonderful to see small business Apps recognised. We are very excited to have been shortlisted in these prestigious awards. It validates our belief that software for small business is crucial and recognises the potential ServiceM8 has to assist small business."
ServiceM8 is a powerful iPhone and iPad app used by businesses globally to control work from first call through to invoicing.
“I would like to pay tribute to the ServiceM8 team. Their unwavering commitment to quality and innovative solutions within the ServiceM8 platform delights our small business clients on a daily basis.” he said.
ServiceM8 is a finalist in two separate categories: In Field Services and Line of Business. The In Field Services category relates to applications developed in order to aid and facilitate organisations requiring mobility whilst out of the office, and Line of Business relates to applications that aid productivity.
Winners of the 2013 Australian Mobile Awards will be announced at the Awards night to be held on 17 October in Sydney.
