WHEN:

Friday 4 October from 12 noon – 3 pm
Speeches from Eccles, Allen, Brown and Bushrod held from 12 pm to 1 pm.
Mann and various other speakers will be throughout the day.


WHY:

Coinciding with the United Nations International Day of Older Persons and Victoria’s Seniors Festival, the annual BlueCross STARfish Extravaganza celebrates 20 years of enriching lives in the aged care sector. 
The Extravaganza is a wonderful celebration of making the most out of life, no matter what age you are.
The BlueCross STARfish Extravaganza has received many awards including: 
APAC Eldercare Innovation Award from International Ageing for Asia (2012) and a
Better Practice Award from the Aged Care Standards & Accreditation Agency (2011)


HOW:

A professional photographer will be at the event with photos available following. 
Press passes are available but no RSVP required to attend.  Interviewees, including BlueCross residents, will be available on the day.
