Call Journey set to take on Asia with cloud based call recording platform

Announcement posted by Bench PR 15 Oct 2013

Melbourne, Australia, 14 October 2013: Call Journey, the Australian cloud based communications company, today launched its call recording and retrieval offering ‘Record Retrieve’ into Asia.

Following the success of Record Retrieve (formerly known as 1300 Record) in Australia,  securing over 1500 clients in the past four years including Telstra, Westpac, Suncorp, Jims Group AAMI and Deloitte Digital, the cloud based platform will be available from today across the Asia Pacific region.

“Demand for our call recording solution in Australia has led us to explore opportunities in the wider Asia Pacific market, so we’ve launched a platform that can operate easily anytime, anywhere and on any phone, including mobiles. Everything captured is available instantly in real time and we look forward to growing our market share across the region,” explains Mr Andrew Lamrock, Director of Enterprise Intelligence, Call Journey.

The service is regularly used to assist with regulatory and business compliance, coaching and training, voice contracts, reference checks, customer experience programs, occupational health and safety, credit checks, incident services and market tracking.

With Record Retrieve, businesses or individuals can sign up online and start using the service immediately. Being cloud based and hosted on a secure carrier grade platform there is no software or hardware to install.

“The real power of recording calls is the ability to gain valuable insights. Our range of smart tools and one stop portal provide total management control of your data and the ability to generate insightful graphs that add business value,” he says.

Mobile workers are also covered with the service. “Our mobile access replicates all services we provide on landline numbers. It’s never been easier to record in field for compliance, coaching and training purposes or for digital voice signatures,” explains Lamrock.

Record Retrieve allows you to capture calls whenever you need to and importantly review and share with ease. Individuals can get started from $19.95 (including $10 credit) and businesses can get up and running from $39.95 (including $10 credit). Businesses can record incoming and outgoing calls via mobile and voice signatures. There are no lock-in contracts for individuals or businesses.
