Australia’s most ‘Disruptive’ education and training provider named as BRW’s 10th fastest growing privately owned business in Australia

Clients and Students alike rest assured you are in great hands, Real Institute has been named by the prestigious BRW magazine as Australia’s fastest growing privately owned education and training provider and the 10th fastest growing business in the country for 2013.

Famous for coining the phrase ‘disruptive learning’ Real Institute’s CEO Ross Robinson & COO Adam Cryer discuss the businesses philosophy of ‘positive disruption’ which simply stated means we will continue to innovate and challenge the status quo in order to drive greater outcomes for our clients and students.

CEO Ross Robinson is quoted in BRW that Real Institute’s growth revolves around an unfaltering belief that our service is superior to any competitor in the market place. This has resulted in Real Institute’s second placement in the BRW Fast 100 list including this year’s 10th placement. This coupled with an unwavering commitment to delivering high quality education and training solutions while developing a strong internal culture will see the business continue its current growth trajectory long into the future.

Both directors’ Adam Cryer and Ross Robinson point to one of the greatest contributors to the current success and to securing future growth was the appointment of an executive team, and development of a General Manager team in each state and major departments.  This team supports current and assists with the development of future business strategies while also managing the implementation of all innovative education solutions. This has included establishing sub divisions of Real Institute such as Real Community and RI Partners that assist Real Institute to meet its purpose of, “Providing Innovation and Learning to every person in Australia”.
