Avnet to distribute ASUS Motherboard and Graphics Cards in Australia

Sydney, Australia, October 28, 2013 – Avnet Technology Solutions, the global IT solutions distribution leader and an operating group of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), today announced a distribution agreement with ASUS, a global leader in the new digital era. Under the terms of the agreement, Avnet will distribute ASUS motherboard and graphics card products in Australia, overseeing a variety of Intel, AMD and NVIDIA-based components.

Avnet Global Computing Components (AGCC), a global business unit within Avnet, will market and distribute the components and support ASUS by providing a consistent brand and sales approach and a go-to-market strategy that fully leverages Avnet’s expertise and global scale.
