Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses has launched a brand new website offering full ecommerce functionality and a new Design-A-Cake cake builder.

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses’ new website has launched, now offering customers a wide range of products to purchase online and collect in store. The product range includes award winning sweets, savouries and cakes. The previous version of the site allowed for ordering party packs and bespoke cakes.

Apart from range, the new site offers customers the ability to create an account and manage their orders, save favourite products and review products.

Customers can also customise a range of over 100 decorated cakes, choosing flavours, fillings and designs. The new Design-A-Cake takes it even further, allowing customers to create a bespoke cake from scratch, including adding their own images. The cake renders as they build their cake so they see exactly what their cake will look like.

Steve Plarre, CEO of Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses says the website is designed with customers in mind. “We’ve always valued giving our customers choice and a great experience in store and we wanted to replicate that online. Giving our customers the most convenient and flexible ways to get their favourite products is really what drove the new website.”
