Health IQ’s Patient Flow Manager receives special mention during Bendigo Health’s ACHS accreditation

During its recent accreditation survey conducted by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC), Bendigo Health received a special mention for its implementation of Patient Flow Manager – Health IQ’s electronic patient flow management solution. Compulsory for the majority of public and private healthcare organisations, the three-year accreditation evaluates facilities against the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS Standards).
Health IQ has enjoyed a long relationship with Bendigo Health. In 2009, Bendigo Health sought out a solution that would provide a consolidated portal of patient flow information that integrated seamlessly with their existing systems. They turned to Health IQ for a solution and have since been a driving force in the ongoing development of Patient Flow Manager, providing input to many of the innovations that benefit all of Health IQ’s customers today.
