Former Contestants On The Block Launch Their Own Design Tribe

Former contestants on Channel 9’s The Block and well-known design duo, Katrina Chambers and her sister Amie Godde, have this month launched their new interiors forum, Design Tribe.

The website will showcase the very best in Australian interiors and design trends while also providing a platform for other designers and home enthusiasts to share their ideas and participate in creative discussions.

Katrina advised, “This is a fairly unique concept for the Australian design scene. There are some great design bloggers for people to follow now but very few are actually creating a means for interaction – a space for generating ideas and discussion.”

With the ratings season kicking off this week and a plethora of styling and renovation shows about to hit Australian television audiences, Katrina predicts discussion threads on her new site will be abuzz.

“The great thing about home design shows like The Block and Selling Houses Australia is that they generate inspiration, ideas and discussion. 

“They also demonstrate to the everyday Australian that a great looking home and unique living spaces are achievable no matter what your style, taste and budget.

“We can’t wait to see what sort of ideas, tips and product finds will be launched through Design Tribe.”
