This Sunday, Top Shelf brings the best of the drinks world together at Melbourne’s Royal Exhibition Building; from International Bartender of the Year Jack McGarry of NYC hotspot Dead Rabbit and RumFest Founder Ian Burrell to Burn Stewart’s ground breaking distiller Ian MacMillan.
Industry legend Jason Crawley will, for the first time, reveal the world’s rarest and most expensive cocktail machine, The Imperial Shaker inspired by a 200-year old line drawing.
Mixing with these global players will be Melbourne’s finest craft distillers; David Vital from Starwood Whisky and Andrew Marks of the Melbourne Gin Company.
