Feb. 8, 2014 - MELBOURNE, Australia -- "The Cherry Tree Hotel in Richmond was snapped up this week having been on the market only 18 days - we're seeing a growing appetite for good pub businesses and properties throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria" says director Pat Connolly.
Other recent additions to the agency's books include the Kangaroo Hotel Maldon, the Victoria Hotel Rutherglen, the Empire Hotel Wahgunyah, the Royal Mail Hotel Nagambie, Antonio's On The Port Echuca and the Austral Hotel Korumburra.
In quick succession last year, Connolly Hospitality facilitated the sales of the Railway Hotel South Melbourne, Barkers Hotel Hawthorn, Gertrude's Brown Couch Fitzroy, Treehouse Lounge Balaclava, the Terminus Hotel Yarrawonga, the Golden Square Hotel Bendigo, the North Eastern Hotel Wangaratta, the Royal Victoria Hotel Cobram, the Palms Hotel Tocumwal, the Royal Hotel Drouin, the Noojee Hotel, Poachers Paradise Hotel Rutherglen and more.
The agency is currently facilitating the sales of eight Victorian hotels - half Melbourne metropolitan and half in regional areas. All are expected to settle between mid February and late March.
