Dataweave Expands, Invests in BI Practice

Dataweave (www.dataweave.com.au), an IT consultancy which specialises in enterprise applications and Oracle solutions, has today announced the expansion of its business, with the establishment of a business intelligence consulting and implementation practice.
Founded in 2006, Dataweave has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. To accommodate recent increased demand for database related consultancy and support services, Dataweave moved its head office to larger premises in St Leonards.

We have invested heavily in building a Business Intelligence team with top tier technical expertise, which will make it easier for our clients to access the skills they need to quickly profit from their data.”Dataweave has appointed Craig Heunes as BI Practice Manager. Craig has more than 10 years of experience as a BI specialist, having worked on projects for KPMG South Africa, the UK Government, NSW Health, Stockland, QBE insurance, and the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.
In addition, Dataweave has significantly expanded its existing database and ERP system practices, with several highly skilled consultants recently joining the team. Nandini Khemani is an Oracle Financials and BI reporting consultant, who has previously worked for ANZ Bank and Infosys. Sanjay Shah brings additional Oracle DBA expertise to the Dataweave team, with recent experience working at Capgemini and ASG Group. Rohit Varma is an Oracle E-Business Suite specialist, who most recently worked for Deloitte Consulting.
To further expand the breadth of its enterprise software solutions, Dataweave has also recently become a reseller of Intermec solutions. This new partnership allows Dataweave to offer solutions which seamlessly integrate bar code item tracking with supply chain management and financial reporting systems.
