Motorworld Australia is going from strength to strength, with the announcements that new sales records were set in February and that Motorworld held its first major sales event with great success!
Motorworld Australia is proud to have broken its previous sales record, set in January of this year. Having sold 200 cars in January, in February Motorworld sold over 230 cars across the 3 locations at Brighton, Mentone and Chadstone.
A contributor to this sales record was the 3 day Warehouse Clearance Sale with Melbourne Pawnbrokers, held February 14 – 16, 2014.
An Australian first, Motorworld moved the majority of cars from the dealerships to the warehouse location where all of Motorworld’s stock is housed, and offered great deals across all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Citroen models.
Customers were also invited to bring in their gold, jewellery, watches, handbags or any other items of value and to trade them in. Valued by Melbourne Pawnbrokers, Melbourne’s original pawnbrokers, the value of goods went against the price of their new cars.
The jumping castle, BBQ, coffee cart and NOVA FM Street Team made the day a family friendly affair.
This sale was the first of its kind in Australia and was a step towards making the dream of owning a car more attainable and easier than ever.
