A New Breed Of Smart TV’s - Hisense VISION TV Powered by Android

MELBOURNE, Australia, March 13, 2014– Hisense Australia today announced a revolutionary take on Smart TV, named Hisense VISION TV utilising a fully-featured Android-powered operating system and a naturally easy-to-navigate user-interface consistent across current mobile devices. The Hisense designed VISION TV interface is the result of deep consumer research and development to get the user experience “just right” with enough technology and entertainment that makes piloting through content as easy as if you were using a mobile smart device. To maximise the upcoming  May 1st in-store release date and the recently announced official television supplier of the 2014 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix, Hisense will be running a national television commercial leading up to and during the races featuring the VISION TV.

Hisense VISION TV features a 30-button remote control with refined built-in air wand technology and intuitive natural voice control powered by Google voice recognition system. With multi-core processing and a stunningly simple, elegant and immensely powerful user interface, VISION Smart TV’s simplify and enhance a familiar, lean-back experience. Consumers will immediately notice the quick response in channel “jumping” across content experiences like Live TV, Google Play Store (™), Pandora Internet Radio, Chrome, Weather, Social TV and much more. Hisense VISION TV’s introduces a new breed to the consumer in the Smart TV landscape with a vastly improved television user experience that does not yet exist as an fully integrated product in the category.
