Sapphire Communications appointed to manage Arkadin public relations in Australia and New Zealand
22 May 2014 – Sydney – Public relations and communications agency, Sapphire Communications, announced today that it has been appointed to manage public relations activities for Arkadin, an NTT Communications company.
