Koorb Consulting’s decision to start a Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice to complement its Dynamics AX, Business Intelligence and SharePoint practices has been a true success story for the company and its customers. Formed in late 2011, it was only a matter of months before the small but passionate CRM team acquired their first 10 customers. By the same time a year later customer numbers had doubled to 20, and today sit at 54. Twenty of these implementations have been on the Dynamics CRM 2013 version.

The growth in customer numbers has been reflected in the number of consultants in the practice. A cosy start-up team of three has transformed into one of the largest Dynamics CRM teams in New Zealand with 20 plus consultants, including a dedicated Account Development Executive, several Account Managers and a highly experienced CRM team leader. Consultants are spread across Koorb’s offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin to support a geographically dispersed customer base.

Indicative of the quality of implementation delivered is Koorb’s recent win at the Microsoft NZ Partner Awards, where the company won industry recognition as CRM Partner of the Year. Their award-winning CRM implementation was for Green Cross Health (who on 1 April 2014 rebranded from Pharmacybrands).  Dalia Raphael, CRM Team Manager, said “The really major and exciting news for us has been winning the Microsoft New Zealand Partner Award for CRM 2013 for our Green Cross Health project, as well as our impressive overall growth and focus.
