dgm grows team as leading brands sign up for search

Harvey Norman among new clients for PPC and SEO
With a raft of new clients in the search division, Australia’s leading online acquisition agency dgm has appointed two experienced search professionals to expand the team’s size and expertise.
Ankit Karanwal joins as senior SEO consultant. He was previously at search agency Resolution Media, leading SEO strategies for Telstra, Amaysim, Avon and Nivea.
Also joining is Paul Maddock as account director. He comes from Ikon Communications, where he was search manager working on the Commonwealth Bank.
Head of Search at dgm, Cem Bali said the new pair had proven skills in analysis and strategy, which will be immediately applied to a list of new clients.
“We are really excited to have Ankit and Paul joining us. dgm has seen significant growth over the last 12 months and the guys are joining a 22-strong search team across biddable media and SEO.”
Significant new client wins for PPC and SEO include iconic Australian retailer Harvey Norman, and in biddable media only, skincare and beauty brand L’OCCITANE, footwear brand Havaianas, the world’s finest serviced and virtual office provider Servcorp, and prestigious university, UNSW.
