Sydney, Australia – 13 August 2014 – Anne Street Partners, specialists in providing financial advice and guidance and related services, have selected Azzurri Communications and the comUnity® managed communications platform to deliver a new network, firewall and Wi-Fi service to their seven sites across Australia.
The Anne Street Partners business focuses on using their skills and resources to provide their clients with personalised advice that enables them to grow their wealth and live better lives. A critical factor in delivering on this promise is equipping their advisers with the ability to respond quickly to their clients’ needs and dedicate time connecting face-to-face. The Anne Street Partners business recognised the need to upgrade their existing communications system as its performance was essential to enhance the advisers’ ability to provide a high quality user experience and productivity gains. Melinda Sheppard, Group Chief Financial Officer said key decision factors in selecting a provider came down to three key elements: service, commercials and fit.
“Our business was being impeded by system outages and poor service so we sought a partner that could provide state of the art technology, infrastructure and proactive monitoring. Plus in addition to the technology we wanted a partner that shared our culture and vision,” said Sheppard.

As a result of meeting the commercials criteria straight away we were able to dedicate the remainder of the negotiations to developing the relationship between our organisations. Some other providers spent too much time on reworking the numbers, rather than all the essential elements” she said.
Azzurri’s comUnity Wi-Fi will also be installed to improve upon the collaborative culture and teamwork within the company. With access to Wi-Fi throughout the office, team members can utilise mobile - free from restricted, limited and patchy network access in parts of their offices. This will optimise their time and drive efficiency, ensuring they can focus on delivering better solutions to their clients.
