PositionMEonline teams up with Feefo to enhance customer service experience

Melbourne, Australia 2014 - Online marketing provider, PositionMEonline (PMO) today formalised the implementation of market-leading 3rd party rating and reviews platform Feefo, to build on customer relationships.

Unlike traditional customer feedback surveys, the Feefo customer review software enables customers to provide responses online for all to see, offering complete transparency.

The company has also recently employed a Customer Satisfaction Division to provide proactive on-going communication and support.
