Integ appoints Bob McCulloch to head up Support Services

Leading Australian voice and data company Integ recently appointed industry expert Bob McCulloch as Director of Support Services.
Bob will draw from his extensive voice and data experience to lead Integ's support services team andassist in the companys aggressive growth plans.By focussing on expanding Integ's support offerings, adding to the managed services portfolio and assisting in Integ's strategic acquisitions, Bob plans to double Integ's support service revenues within two years.
I see a real opportunity for Integ to broaden its customer base through a renewed dedication to support services and this will grow by responding directly to current market needs, and offering solutions that go beyond stand alone products and services. Bob's most recent experience stems from his role as head of Marconi's Australasian support operations in Australia. Prior to this he was a Vice President in Marconis Asian Enterprise Business based in Hong Kong.
Previously Bob was based in Canberra where he worked with BHP IT, now CSC.
Ian Poole, Integ CEO, welcomed Bob McCulloch to the team stating, "Support Services is a vital part of our company and accounts for 32 per cent of revenues. Bob's addition to the team and his contribution towards expanding Integ's large existing customer base will be an invaluable asset."
Bob has an honours degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Wollongong. Additionally, he is a Member of the School of Electrical, Computer and Telecommunications Engineering Visiting Committee at the University of Wollongong.
