Lenovo ANZ Channel Sales Lead wins at 2014 ARN ICT Industry Awards

Fred Viet honoured with Personal Innovation Award for Sales Excellence

Sydney, Australia — 5 September, 2014: Today, Lenovo (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY) proudly announced that its Channel Sales Lead for Australia and New Zealand, Fred Viet, has been awarded Personal Innovation Award for Sales Excellence at the 2014 ARN ICT Industry Awards.

The ARN ICT Industry Awards recognises high-achieving technology organisations and individuals for their contributions to the channel in the past year. The 2014 ARN ICT Industry Awards: Personal Innovation - Sales Excellence was open to individuals from the vendor, distributor or reseller community and aims to promote outstanding sales performances over a 12-month period. Nominations were judged by a panel of 94 judges consisting of representatives from the channel community.

Fred received the award in front of over 650 ICT industry leaders and peers during the ARN Awards ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney.

“I'm really honoured to receive this award and this is a great recognition of Lenovo’s commitment to serve the channel,” Fred said.

Lenovo was nominated for the category of Hardware Vendor of the Year and walked away with a Highly Commended award.
